Our refund and returns policy last 30 natural days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Replacements are also granted if any item received is damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that Sensors (Reusable Carbon-Based Sensors), and shipping cost are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bluemingbiotech.com and send your item to: Avda. del Taibilla 1, San Pedro del Pinatar, 30740, Murcia, (Spain)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty and Returns

Every product has been tested at Blueming Biotech laboratories to ensure you receive the best measurement instrumentation and is supplied with a limited liability product warranty. The length of the warranty period for Ecometry units are 3 years. Please note that Sensors are exempt of warranty.

What our warranty covers

During the warranty period your instrument is warrantied for the period against defects in components or workmanship during normal use. If during the warranty period your product fails it will be either repaired or replaced without charge.

What our warranty does not cover

The product warranty does not cover damage caused by fair wear and tear, abnormal storage conditions, incorrect use, accidental misuse or damage, abuse, neglect, misapplication or modification. Please note that the warranty does not cover electronic damages caused by water contacting while using.

This warranty will not cover:

Necessary maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
Modifications to upgrade the product from its normal purpose as described in user manuals or any damage resulting from modifications or adjustments which may be made to the product, without the prior written consent of Blueming Biotech.
Damage caused by misuse including but not limited to failure to use the product for its normal purpose or according to the user instructions on the proper use and maintenance.
Damage caused by accidents including but not limited to lightning, water, fire, misuse or neglect.
Damage resulting from repairs or adjustments which have been conducted by unauthorised service organisations or persons.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Avda. del Taibilla 1, San Pedro del Pinatar, 30740, Murcia, (Spain).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


In no event will Blueming S.L.U. be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary or special damages, including any damages for lost data or lost profits, arising from, or relating to this limited warranty or the product. Blueming S.L.U. total cumulative liability arising from, or related to this limited warranty or the product, will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product by the original purchase
